Parents and friends of the performing all state speech group improvisation that plan to attend on Saturday, February 21, will need to purchase a wrist band for admission. The bands are $8 each and grant attendees access to all buildings involved with the speech festival. The bands are available prior to the date through the Sibley-Ocheyedan High School. central office.
Persons not purchasing a band in advance will be forced to purchase one at the event. Persons without the bands will be denied admission.
